You're right Cindy, I saw that after the fact but with the price of comics today...I sort of just overlooked it, though it is a 32 pager.
Let's hope it is worth the wait and price.

Check out Tonto on the cover. That's not the outfit he's been sporting in the regular series. Still, there's something familiar about it... :D
I have high hopes for this. Being set forward in time from the regular series it should give us a good idea of where our favorite characters are heading. We should see a more fully developed Ranger and a less tense relationship between him and Tonto. It should be a fun read.

At least we're seeing movement in the right direction with the Lone Ranger. I am anxious to see this book as well as #11.

A new Lone Ranger adventure and Project Superpowers #1 in the same week! The comic shop is going to get all my spending money next week.

Man, that's just past my deadline for the next Silver Bullet. Unless I decide to blow my schedule for it, it will have to wait a while for a review. :(

I cannot really judge this issue yet, since I won't have it in hand until this weekend, but I will say that the art is quite a departure from Sergio Cariello's work on the regular series. Not to say it's bad, just pretty dramatically different. And it looks like they've taken the colored-from-pencils route, eliminating the inking process. While I am liking that look on Project Superpowers, I really think this work would have benefited from an inker. Just my opinion based on the preview. I'll see what the whole package is like before I make any further comments.
