Red Sonja variant covers in Previews

I like the variant covers because its always good to see more Red Sonja.
The covers I'm buying are the Alex Ross and Michael Lisner.

The Red Sonja statue is a good idea but the art its based on could have been better. The statues thighs are too skinny for an athete. The statue looks like Cate Blancett as Red Sonja. I would rather see a hotter statue based on Frank Thorne or Lisner version.

Personally I'm not enamored about variant covers . I hope it's kept within reason these days as this type of thing nearly wrecked the industry in the 90's .

Be nice to see pictures of the covers and the statue up on the site .

My favourite is the Turner one . So I _hope_I get that one.

Turner's does have a style and flair that leaps from the cover.
However, I'm a long time fan of Linsner's art. So I hope that I'll be able to get his cover. Actually, all of the covers are rather good. I just might have to get all of them.
