Shipping to the Netherlands and

Why is the shipping cost to the netherlands so abnormaly high more than $56 for shipping of a magazine ? Its almost cheaper to fly to the states :)

How could anyone collect comics in the Netherlands if the shipping is 10 times the amount of the actual comic.

Wanna know how much it is to get stuff shipped to Melbourne? Over US$63. That's about AU$80-something. Oog. Maybe 'cos it's UPS - I don't know. I'm sure there more cost-effective shipping options from other retailers, or you could possibly order the comic in via a local Netherlands store. This would be alot cheaper, I'm sure.
