Release dates?

I've been a Lone Ranger fan since I was a kid, and the new series has brought
me back in a big way. Everyone here seems to have the latest news, so here are my questions....

I have (I guess the only) poster from the new covers released so far. Will there be others? If so, what and when?

I have Volume 1 in hardcover (series 1-6). Volume 2 (series 7-11) is out of print but is supposed to be released again. if so, when will it be available?

I think the new, updated Lone Ranger is awesome and very overdue. Thanks to Dynamite Entertainment for a fantastic job! Great site too.

Official word from Joe is that no new posters are in the plans at this time.

The Lone Ranger Vol. 2 HC is not out of print, it just isn't out yet at all. It will hopefully be released in the near future.
