Don't think it's a secret, so - issue #0 features a Black Terror origin spread and issue #1 focuses on the 'Devil.

Jim Krueger gave the list in an interview with either CBR or Newsarama (I don't have the link anymore):

#0 - Black Terror, as narrated by Tim/Kid Terror
#1 - The Devil, as narrated by the Aborigine Huntsman
#2 - The Giant, as narrated by Boy King (and also dealing with Boy King’s origin)
#3 - Man-Cat, as narrated by Kitten
#4 - The Flame, as narrated by the Flame. Will probably even touch on Flame Girl and the Death of Mr. Octopus. This is going to reinforce how much he misses his wife. He’ll tell his origin as she would, based on how he remembers her describing him.
#5 - President Power, as narrated by Emperor Sing II
#6 - The Target, as narrated by one of the Targeteers
#7 - Mr. Face, as narrated by Marvelo
#8 - Masquerade, as narrated by Lady Satan
#9 - American Crusader, as narrated by Black Terror
#10 - Pyroman, as narrated by the Twister
#11 - Dynamic Man, as narrated by the Scarab
#12 - The Black Owl, as narrated by the Green Lama (which will tie-into the whole mythic other-world aspect of Superpowers Vol. 3)

I knew who were in 0-2 and was wondering about the other issues. I wonder if the chooses of who and when ties in with the story in that issue? Probably not since it would make more sense for the Boy King to be in issue 1 if that were the case.
Still, it's a good and interesting cast of characters.

What series is this you guys are talking about? Meet the Bad Guys? It's 12 issues? I thought it was only 4 one-shots?

Or is this PS: Chapter 2?

Yea, Bounty,... I think it's Project SuperPowers Chapter 2.
It's running #0-12... so we'll get some origins and insight to the heroes.

I love the "Captain Future" cover of PSv2, I can't wait to see some of the characters previewed in the sketches we have seen, this is a very exciting time to be a PS fan! Also, it's nice to know that "Meet the bad guy's" will be coming out while v2 is being released, it gives us more to look foward to than just 1 title every month or so........

Yea,... not only does that PSP cover with Captain Future look great... but so does the "Meet The Bad Guys"(and girls) cover with Bloodlust look pretty great, too.

I'm looking forward to seeing Chasen's interior art on MTBG's!! ;)
