Super Hero versions of Dracula & Frankenstein from the 60's.

Now I do have one question, are the Dell Comic heroes now part of the Public Domain, or did they all goto Gold Key Comics?

i read dracula#2-4 i liked the idea of a descendant of the count wanting to redeem the family name
i tried to find frankenstein but no luck
