View Full Version : What about Mr Glen A Larson? (Merged Threads)

I'm just wondering when Battlestar Galactica, Knight Rider creator, Glen A Larson will be mentioned in the comic.

Ron Moore was mentioned as he is executive producer of the current Battlestar series, but Glen Larson should also get a mention as he created the entire franchise with the original show back in 1978, and from that we've got the current remake, which again just to reiterate would not have existed without the original, making him the true master creator of the whole Battlestar universe as it were.

With that in mind, I believe that this man should be mentioned not only in the Classic Battlestar comic but also in the Remake comic as well, it would also help solve a few fan disputes that are annoyed that Glen didn't get a thank you for his contributions in the first issue.

I respectfully agree with SBR that Glen Larson should get a thank you in the credits of future Galactica issues (both TOS and TNS). :)

Whay doesn't Glen A. Larson get a "Battlestar Galactica created by Glen A. Larson" in either of the BSG books?

It does indeed, Tommy. Thanks, Joe, for the official word.

If I am not overstepping my bounds, I would like to advise something futher.

Without the Battlestar Galactica created by Glen A. Larson, there would be no Battlestar Galactica as developed by Ronald D. Moore.

I would recommend that Glen get a special thanks notice in both the TOS and TNS based comics lines.
