EBAS has some nice stuff. Almost like a cross between M Turner and E Benes.

Benes indeed. I have only seen pinups of him, since he is on books I do not collect. Good call...

If you look at his interiors (Ebas that is) I can describe it as a mix of Silvestri and Turner but since a while he has done something beyond that and made his own style. The faces and asses especially :eek:

As to why he's not doing Sonja regularly ( :D ), I'm assuming that he's currently working for other publishers...

I'm looking forward to Mel's return as the regular series artist, but for one-shots & minis I'd like to see more of Paul Renaud's artwork! :)

He is doing Justice League right now. Ed Benes is pretty hot right now so his schedule is pretty full I would guess. But it would be nice to sneak him for a cover. It is pretty obvious he does a great Red Sonja, and has done a lot of them through his own. Check out his vendor for his stuff...a regular assortment of RS in there...

And the thing is, I get the feeling Ed Benes would really like to Red Sonja. But I think he is contracted to DC right now. Although it still would be nice to get a cover from him. Guessing he is on the expensive side of artists right now too, and Dynamite doesn't wield the deeper pockets like DC/Warner.
