I hope so, I really enjoy it.

I hope so, I really enjoy it.
If you are putting in Green Hornet, you should technically put in Lone Ranger as well. Lone Ranger has more of a claim that GH does as LR actually had 8 issues of a pulp magazine whereas Green...
Characters like Batman and Superman were created in the 30's but their setting as always contemporary so as time went on, those characters were always in the present.
Characters like Lone Ranger and...
I really enjoyed the John Carter of Mars movie. Hell, everyone I have lent it to has enjoyed it as well.
As for the Lone Ranger, I hope that Dynamite doesn't do a movie version but I do hope...
I never picked up Green Hornet before.
I AM picking up Mark Waid's relaunch.
I see now that the old series is continuing under Legacy with issue 37.
Is this a good jumping on point?
Pete Rice, Masked Rider would be cool too. LOL, we need more western pulp characters!
Im picking it up and am looking forward to it.
What I am afraid of is hearing people say that he is a Batman ripoff.
Seconded.
I really enjoyed it.
I pick it up.
The covers are amazing.
I loved the old Morbius series from the 90's so I totally jumped on board with the new series.
Issue 1 was great and portrayed the character as he always should have been. Not a villain, not a hero,...
I respectfully disagree. This was the single best Shadow issue to date by Dynamite. Much better than Garth's issues and I am a big fan of Mr. Ennis. Mr. Beatty did a fantastic job, and kudos to him...
More comics based on pulp characters is a good thing! I get all of Dynamite's pulp (or similar) comics.
Hi Nick.
(Get Doc Savage please)
I realise that you have to cancel a series if its not making you money. It just a bummer that a lot of the books that I really, really enjoy get cancelled...
I'll be picking this up.
I didn't know it was ending with issue 10
So another series gets mothballed just like The Phantom?
Sad :(
How awesome would it be to read issue 4 of Masks and Doc Savage gets introduced?
I know things like that doesn't happen nowadays with announcements and press releases a year before a book even comes...
I personally don't mind. A good story is a good story regardless of who wrote it and when.
But you are right. I have so many pulp reprints now from Sanctum Books and comics that I need to still...
I own both of these, and I have only read the first book, but I really enjoyed it.
Looks like that time is now!

Make it happen Dynamite. :)
So, anyone have an inside scoop on what's happening with Mr. Walker in 2013?
I'm loving Shadow, Spider, Lord of the Jungle, Warlord of Mars, Peter Canon Thunderbolt, Flash Gordon, Ming the...
I agree wit Bjarne. I am super excited to see this.
I would tend to agree. I have yet to see a modern take on Doc that works.
The final issue of the series was only released digitally. I know DC had the rights to Doc, but do they still? I don't...
Dynamite is doing great with all their pulp books and I love all of them!
But where is Doc Savage? DC dropped the ball with their Doc Savage comic and pulp based world.
We need Doc Savage!
My guess is probably nothing this year. Since the solicits for November have already come out, that leaves Dynamite 1 month to do something for 2012. Heck I bout there is nothing planned for 2013....
I really enjoyed the previous Lone Ranger series. It's what made me a fan of this character.
This new series? It's even better! I look forward to every issue. (and they're on time!)
