I really believe Boris needs to recap the latest issue of The Boys. There's no way I could possibly do the last couple of pages justice. So Boris, I'm beggin' ya man- step up and knock this one out of the park!![]()

Yessir! At once!
(whistles as he takes up his brand new The Boys issue)
"Now, what was that thing about the last two pages?"
(flips through the book, still whistling)
"HOLY MOTHER OF ALL GODDAMNED IRISH COMICS AUTHORS TIED UP TOGETHER AND DIPPED IN BAYLEY'S!!!!!!!!"
I need a beer. I need LOTS of beer.
See you later.
(runs in the street naked, crying and screaming the world is doomed)
If I was asked to describe those final two pages, I think I'd have to leave the room. And I only noticed his legs on the second reading.
Will I be lynched if I say that I like the art in this issue more than Darick Robertson's?
Hey guys, I had to stun myself into a 24 hours alcohol frenzy to forget whatever I was doing yesterday, and now at last I feel bettEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGHHHH!!!!
(scourges himself with broken beer bottles, while drowning in his own vomit)
Oooooo! Oooooo! I can summarize this issue:
Annie helps Hughie think (since it it obvious by now that Hughie is a complete moron who has to be led by the nose to find his own arse. Then, he has to be told that this is the place the bad smells and poops are coming from)...
Then, Maeve pulls all the cameras out of Seven HQ and dumps them... for reasons known only to the newly sobering up former bedroom buddy to the Legend (among many, many, MANY others)...
Butcher appears to be the only one who doesn't buy into Jack from Jupiter being responsible for a shemale's death, and smells the obvious set up...
MM helps Hughie think a little more (see aforementioned Annie helping Hughie think).. MM seems to not know Mallory may have been killed. (I guess they don't keep regular contact). MM insists "he ain't afraid of no Butcher" (cue the theme to Ghostbusters)...
Frenchie and Female don't like Hughie anymore because he went on a trip and didn't bring them back T-shirts...
Hughie stumbles across some pics and info in Dr. Peculiar's file on Maeve, that he REALLY wished had stayed "secret"... I guess we have a "date" for when Maeve turned against the Seven... The transcript talks about a baby that Maeve had. Dr. Peculiar got rid of it because it was obvious that Stormfront (who thought he was the daddy) was NOT the actual daddy... (I guess that ONE sentence was the only reference in the whole issue to the cover image)
And other than Female overfeeding the hampster, that's about all folks...
(notice how I left the photos at the end for Boris to describe and summarize)

When I think of something good to write here I'll let you know!
I enjoyed the running joke about Hughie's failure to buy holiday gifts. It's those little touches that keep bringing me back to Ennis. Like a little guy with no feet and a Hitler moustache going through a range of unforgiveable sex faces while hammering away at a 6' 7" Amazonian from behind. 'Daddy'.
