    Default Silver Star #1

Well, it's here. I got it in the mail today and I read twice already, it was that damn good. I was surprised at the art in this book, I was expecting some good art but the pencils in this book remind me an awful lot of David Finch or someone like that, very detailed! I enjoyed the story quite a bit, I thought it would suffer from feeling like a Kirby: Genesis book (wouldn't have been a bad thing) much like Black Terror did at first with feeling like a PSP book, but it actually feels like a Silver Star book! Awesome!

So you could get it without following Genesis and not feel lost?

Honestly? Yes. It makes NO reference to Genesis whatsoever, almost as if this was a prequel for Silver Star before his entrance into Genesis.

I liked it better than Captain Victory.
