Seeing the preview on CBR, it certainly looks dynamic.

Enjoyed the first issue but I would have prefered a single story. Because of the two stories we barly got to meet the heroes and didn't learn much at all about them. That aside, both were good stories and the second did have a good twist in it.

On the heels of their recent string of sell-outs, Dynamite Entertainment continues the trend as their new comic, VoltronŽ, has sold out and is going to an immediate second print!
Have to say that except for the few pages at the end, I found this disappointing. I may give it a couple more issues, but so far I don't have a real positive feeling for this series.
Thanks for the comments everyone. Very happy we scored a sell-out on the first issue and I think that as more of the story unfolds, people will feel a little differently about everything. It's not quite as divergent from the original series as it appears, so stay tuned. Thanks again for the support!

I agree that the split narrative didn't allow, in this instance, for the reader to get a decent feel for either storyline. As a Voltron fan I'm going to read the first arc regardless.
That said issue #2 has come out so why no thread for that specifically?
