Has anyone given any thought to the next logical step in the 'Vought developing weaponised soldier-supes/maybe Mallory was fine with that idea all along' hypothesising?

Aren't The Boys themselves the perfect tester/example of what can be done by giving V to people actually trained to do the job theyre meant for...?

I went back and revisited some earlier stuff from The Big Ride. Some points-

1. Butcher and Mallory's argument. In retrospect, and from what we've read from Ennis' other writings on wars, Butcher was angry that Mallory's reaction to the death of his granddaughters was hurt and pain, and not a stoic anger, and a resolve to take down all of the Seven right there, no matter the opposition. He expected him to act like one of the officers in his war stories. In his opinion, Mallory was being a little bitch (remember when Mallory was shooting Lamplighter- "Are you really giving him a speech?").

2. Mallory and Raynor did not see eye to eye.

3. Unresolved stuff-

Why was Raynor willing to let Hughie be exposed as the underover guy in the G-Men episode?
Who did the murders Jack From Jupiter was blamed for?
Who tipped Vought and the Seven about the Delta Force support in Antarctica?

4. Up until now, as bad as Butcher has been, as cruel and semi-psychotic, he has always had the right guys as enemies (i.e., he has been on the "right side"). I wonder how this plays out.

The JfJ killings were set up by Vought gal weren't they? We just don't know from the back of that who definitely killed Terror.

I thought she sent the JfJ photos to the press, to speed up the action. She didn't actually orchestrate murders, did she?

I thought that Vought was still trying to profit from the Seven at this point, but when it appeared the scandal was hitting, Vought Girl decided to cut JfJ loose, and quickly.

There are doubts as to if JfJ killed Terror, but if he didn't, Black Noir is a reasonable suspect.
