I'm absolutely loving the art early on, I flipped through issue #16 and I see that there is a different artist working on some of the newer issues and his stuff is pretty damn fantastic too and I'd say that Dynamite has done a great job with the art in this book.
I feel the same about the story. It's been damn good, and I'm one of the people who support the costume change (I know it regulates eventually) and I'm really loving the way the writer is handling this character, it's really entertaining. Now I know what people are going to say, "if you like this than you need to pick up ____ to read her earlier stories!"....yeah, sorry but I'm far from interested. I'm loving what DYNAMITE is doing with this character and the same goes for other characters such as Green Hornet, The Phantom, and others and I have ZERO interest in reading older works of these characters. I'm totally invested in what DE is doing with them and I'm going to be sticking with their books for the long haul, Vampirella is no exception.
Thanks Dynamite!
