Default Lone Ranger #6 Out This Week

I'm really proud of the work the whole team did on the final issue of our first arc. It's out this week. I know I'm probably preaching to the choir here, but please check it out. Here's a preview:

The preview looks great. I can't wait until I can get to my friendly neighborhood comic book store to get a copy.

Nice epilogue to the whole Hard Country arc. Can't wait to delve into Tonto's background!

Just re-read the whole arc starting form issue one, and have to say I thought this was one of the best storylines I've seen in a comic in a while. The whole thing fit together really nicely -- lots of great character moments couple with some gorgeous art -- all of which made for a satisfying read. I also thought there were some metaphorical moments in the story which aren't obvious at first (like whose "vision" of Utopia would prevail at the end: the extremist/fanatical marshal or the morally committed but more moderate Ranger's?). Also glad to see the story building off the foundation laid in the last series.

    Really, really enjoyed this.

Ande Parks outdid himself with this arc. Lots of action, lots of twists and turns.

JSF, great suggestion about re-reading the entire arc. There are a lot of nuggets there I missed on my first read.

I like the way he set up the next arc with the Tonto flashbacks. I can't wait to see the new arc.

I also want to comment Polls on the art. It really meshes well with the old west genre in the book.

This title is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
