Is From the Ashes #3 out yet?

I read it came out in October but my local comic store owner said it wasn't out yet and that he doesn't have a release date for "independent stuff like that".

Man that guy sucks. I went there today to get the new Freddy vs Ash vs Jason comic from Wildstorm and he said he wasn't getting it shipped until the 21st! That's almost around the time the second issue is supposed to be released. Okay so #3 is out, #4 isn't, is it? Also could someone tell me the specific date #3 came out?
