Issue #4 of The Lone Ranger Available In December

October 24, 2006, Runnemede, NJ – DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT today released images and information concerning the December release of THE LONE RANGER #4.

The dramatic retelling of the Lone Ranger’s origin continues from writer Brett Matthews, cover artist and art director John Cassaday, interior artist Sergio Cariello and colorist Dean White.

Pre-Orders for issue #4 of the series are being taken just as the company recently announced a complete sell-out of issue #2. In addition, DYNAMITE recently announced a second printing variant of the sold-out issue #1, and a limited edition variant for issue #2, both of which have sold out from Dynamite but limited quantities are available from specialty retailers.

Due to the overwhelming demand and strong praise in the form of reviews and comments from fans both new and old, DYNAMITE requests specialty retailers review and adjust their orders for issue #3, as well as the upcoming issue #4.

THE LONE RANGER #4 (OCT063330) Written by Brett (Firefly) Matthews with covers and art direction by John (Astonishing X-Men, Planetary) Cassaday, the series also features veteran illustrator Sergio (The Lone Ranger, 'natch) Cariello and colorist Dean (Punisher) White.

In The Lone Ranger #4 John Reid and Tonto return home... and from its ashes unearth a hidden piece of inheritance. Will what they find amidst the hills it leads them to be enough to convince John to stop running and face the destiny thrust upon him? Will it even matter as Black Bart's murderous rampage continues, drawing ever closer to the only family Reid has left in the world…

Comic Book recently reviewed Dynamite's Lone Ranger series, saying: The story is immediately gripping. Lots of stuff happens in the issue [#1]. And the art is stunning."
