35th anniversary and they have to pick artwork that's already been published? Why didn't they go for an original piece?

I'd prefer any of Sejic's art as a poster than Jim Lee's lol

Jim Lee is great, and I have a bunch of his posters up on my walls throughout the house, and I'll probably get this one as well, although it's certainly nothing special. I've seen him do much better work than this, it just seemed kinda plain. How about releasing some posters of his work on the Red Sonja / Claw covers, they were incredible (both the original sketches and the fully coloured final covers looked great). Even his older Marvel Red Sonja work seemed more impressive than this cover. But since it's still good (just not as good as his other work), I'll most likely be sticking it on a wall somewhere in here.

Doing original art for a poster is cost-prohibitive, actually.. and Jim's one of the biggest we've had on the book, so this seemed like a win-win...

I can understand the restraints of a budget. Still, I would have thought that an original poster would have brought in more than enough sales to justify the cost.
