Very cool! Reminds me of the Roy Thomas mini from years ago called Alter Ego (which had various pulp characters including some currently used by Dynamite), in which the main character received help/guidance from the fictional characters he worked on.

Just saw the Airboy listing in this months preview.

Apparently the premise is that Airboy is the figment of a broken down has been writer's imagination and starts to interact with him.

I love Airboy. I prefer the Chuck Dixon version, but I like James Robinson. That said, while I loved Robinson's All New Invaders for Marvel, his recent DC work (Earth 2, pre-Flashpoint Justice League) just left me cold. So I don't know. I'll give the first issue a try, I guess.
