    Fantastic

I'll run out and pick it up tomorrow! Oh wait, I have to wait until it gets published. Is it goingto be a modern book with a modern Hornet, or will it be set in the 30's/40's and feature the original?

If you hadn't guessed I'm A BIG Hornet fan . Having him come to DE is good news. If they do as good a job on him as they did on his Great Uncle it'll be a great series. The only question is, will it be a Modern Hornet or the classic from the radio shows

'Dynamite’s version, according to President and Publisher Nick Barrucci promises the return of the titular hero, as well as his loyal sidekick Kato, his car – The Black Beauty, the mask, and all the classic trappings the character is known for.'

The Green Hornet will no doubt be a totally seperate 'universe'. As to why it's on the PSP forum, right now there's no Hornet forum. I'm sure once a forum is established we'll use it.

I think everyone knows my preference as far as Green Hornet goes, and I will look forward to a classic Green Hornet hardcover collected edition from Dynamite, if and when the time comes; and I will also enjoy that Green Hornet Prose book from Moonstone as well at the end of 2009

PS: A guy shooting gas around looks more realistic with a mask over his nose and mouth

                    (first 1940 movie serial poster)
I wish they put that stuff on DVD

And who knows, maybe I'll find good enough material for a new banner

                      Green Hornet Movie Serial

I know that the second serial Green Hornet Strikes Again starring Warren Hull is available on DVD. It have it and I think I still have my VCR tapw of the first one.

Loved the pics. I have a signed print of the Jeff Butler as well as the other print that Now put out featuring the TV Green Hornet & Kato.

Nothing much on TV tonight I might just throw a couple of the Hornet Radio Shows in the CD player.

Can't find my listing, but I have a CD that has 91 files in MP3 format. That should be most of the shows available. There are a couple of duplicates and a few that are miss named. One of these days I'll sort through it.

http://www.otrcat.com/index.php has MP3 Disks for sale and http://www.rusc.com/index.html is a download site you can join. I know that otrcat.com has both the Green lama and Blue Beetle shows availible. I just ordered their Sherlock Holmes set so I'll let you know about Quality.

                          As to favorites
                          Trouble Hits The Trolleys
                          The Corpse That Wasn't There
The Ghost Who Talked Too Much
A Matter of Evidence (the show that got me started on the GH Radio Show)

When I was a kid I remember having an album (33&1/3 vinyl) that had two 'modern' shows on it one was 'Counterfitiers A Go-Go and I forget the other. They were based on the TV show and came out at the same time.

I've got an almost full run of the Now Comics series (missing the second rare annual) and even had a letter printed in one of the books (13 I think)

Robin and Kato fought to almost a draw... when in reality( ) ...I think Kato would have kicked Robin's butt!! That fight!!
