    • Thanks

Thanks for the link. It was interesting to see some of the how and why. Not to mention getting a glimpse of the future.

          • Issue #8

            FOUL
            The stashe ia a fake!!

Now that that is out of the way, it was a pretty good issue. Plenty of action, the "war" goes up a notch or two, Gonzoles now wears a Z over his eye and hints of what's to come.

                  • Zorro #9

I enjoyed it. I like the way the incorperated several things from the Tyrone Power Mark of Zorro. The Major should make an interesting opponent. Inez and Lolita should make for an interesting sub plot. All in all a good opening to the second arc.

                    • Zorro's Evil Twin

I like the triangle of Zorro competing with Sgt. Esteban for the girl.
She'll probably mistake Esteban for Zorro. When you think about it, Esteban is like the Bruce Wayne persona, a jerk no one would believe would help people.

                      • Zorro Continuity

                        undefined
I recently purchased the complete 2nd season of the Guy Williams Zorro series from the Disney Movie Club. These are wonderful transfers (the first season came out a couple of years ago) that all Zorro fans will want to own.
Since you have to join the club to buy these DVDs I thought the readers of the Dynamite series would want to know.

The DE series is quite good, by the way. I really enjoy Matt Wagner's scripts but wish the art was more consistent. It would be a shame if classic heroes such as Zorro, the Lone Ranger and the future Buck Rogers series fail to sell enough copies to survive. Since I am 58 years old I have seen many fine
comics run out of steam and sales and disappear into the void. Don't let that happen with these two DE series! Dynamite is the only company around that
will go the extra mile to keep these classics going. I have high hopes for the
Shadow, Green Hornet, Doc Savage and others to eventually appear through
the work of DE. Let's not lose our comic book heritage.

Some very nice previews of the upcoming Zorro hardcover at

                            http://www.comicscontinuum.com/stori...mitefirsts.htm

Obviously the shipping date here on the official Dynamite site of November, 2008 is way past totally wrong, and I would be curious to know a more accurate release date for this book, since Dynamite is starting to seriously advertising it like it's coming very soon.
