August 20, Mt. Laurel, NJ: Fans can add one of the biggest hits in comics right now to their shelves this fall with the historic first collection of the new Ben 10 comics from Dynamite Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products.
Ben 10 Vol 1: Event Arrival compiles the first five fabulous issues of the charts-topping comic series. Intended as the modern, definitive take on the franchise from its own creators, this series shouldn't be missed by anyone who grew up with the show or is looking for a thrilling superhero-styled saga. A complete gallery of gorgeous covers is also included.
The Man of Action team that created the show, composed of Joe Casey, Duncan Rouleau, Steven Seagle, and Joe Kelly, are all involved in this title, rotating in their contributions to it. They're complemented by interior artist Robert Carey, one of the biggest breakout names in comics through this project. This first volume includes Casey's initial trio of issues reestablishing the origin story. Then Seagle stepped in for a creepy tale of fan-favorite villain Zombozo. The first appearances of countless alien transformations, foes, and more are all contained within these nearly 130 pages!
The first collected volume of Ben 10 is available in hardcover or paperback formats. It is scheduled to release the exact same day as issue #6, allowing new readers to instantly catch up with the series. Those who have been with the series from the start, or picked it up through reprints of early key issues following the amazing reception and word of mouth can binge the incredible stories again and shelf the first of many books collecting this stellar series.
