FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

THE SECRETS ARE REVEALED IN WITCHBLADE: SHADES OF GRAY #4
"The Final Curtain" Closes In May

March 22, 2007, Runnemede, NJ - DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT today released images and information concerning the fourth and final issue of the Witchblade: Shades of Gray mini-series, their first crossover event with Top Cow in 2007! Witchblade: Shades of Gray #4 stars Top Cow's Witchblade and completes the Dynamite debut of Dorian Gray!

Witchblade: Shades of Gray is written by Leah Moore and John Reppion and serves as the introduction for Dynamite's version of Oscar Wilde's murderous and mysterious title character from his 1890 novel The Picture of Dorian Gray. The series also continues the artistic debut of "Dynamite" Stephen Segovia and an all-star roster of cover artists, including Adriano Batista and E-Bas!

Stated Dynamite, "The conclusion of Shades of Gray is full of danger, doppelgangers and death as Sara and the Witchblade at last discover what evil truly lies in the heart of Dorian Gray! All will be revealed, including the identity of the mysterious mastermind behind all the murder and mayhem! Who has been pulling Dorian and Sara's strings all along? Find out as writers Leah Moore and John Reppion reveal the mystery of the ages in ‘The Final Curtain'!"

"Gray is a complicated character, "Shades of Gray co-writer Leah Moore described Dorian Gray. "He has a darker side, which shows itself quite literally in his famous painting, but he also has a conscience and is a bit of a rogue. Over the long years he has lived, there's been a struggle between the two sides of him, and Sara plays a big part in the final battle. I think it's safe to assume there's a painting tucked away somewhere, but even we don't know what it looks like…we'll have to wait and see!"

WITCHBLADE: SHADES OF GRAY #4 (OF 4) (MAR073351) WRITTEN BY LEAH MOORE AND JOHN REPPION, ART BY STEPHEN SEGOVIA; COVERS BY E-BAS (50%) ADRIANO BATISTA (25%) AND STEPHEN SEGOVIA (25%).

Shrouded in mystery, the Witchblade has known many friends and many foes in its long history, but it has never faced such a mystery as the troubled Dorian Gray! Now, the two meet in a special DYNAMITE/TOP COW CROSSOVER EVENT!

In issue #4 of the Dynamite/Top cross-over everyone's talking about - "The Final Curtain" -- all of our players have been assembled - Sara, the Witchblade, Gray and the dread as the mysteries are revealed, as is Gray's fate and his history with Sara and the Witchblade!
