New Battlestar Galactica: Origins series available in November October 11, 2007, Runnemede, NJ - DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT today released images and information announcing the all-new Sci-Fi comic book series Battlestar Galactica: Origins. Following in the tradition of Dynamite's powerful BSG: Zarek series by Brandon Jerwa, the new Origins comic book series will reveal the early years of the hit Sci-Fi show's most popular, and sometimes mysterious, characters. Featuring a story by Kevin Fahey, a writer of the award winning Sci-Fi Channel series Battlestar Galactica, and art by Jonathan Lau, whose detailed pencil work has graced the covers of various Dynamite titles (Battlestar Galactica and Xena), Battlestar Galactica: Origins is scheduled for a November release with a cover by Fabiano Laguna and a Battlestar photo cover. Battlestar fans should also ask their retailer about the limited foil edition of Fabiano Laguna's stellar cover. Issue #1 of the new Battlestar Galactica: Origins comic book series explores the origins of Gaius Baltar and his life and loves that lead up to the second Cylon War.
