ThunderCats Roleplaying Game Coming Soon!

July 22, Mt. Laurel, NJ: Dynamite Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) are excited to announce and tease an upcoming roleplaying tabletop game based on the expansive mythos of the ThunderCats franchise!
The game will be designed by Canadian-based Lynnvander Studios. The renowned tabletop game developer has worked with Dynamite previously on the 2018 Reanimator game, and are renowned by gamers for their original creations and licensing work with major franchises.
Though in active development, the ThunderCats game is projected to primarily be available for play through a guidebook sporting around 250 pages of mechanics, lore, artwork, and design masterfully assembled in a deluxe presentation.
ThunderCats debuted as a hit animated show in the 1980s. Since then, the fierce feline warriors from the planet Thundera have featured in multiple revivals and other media. Fan-favorite characters including Lion-O, Cheetara, Tygra, Panthro, Pumyra, Mumm-Ra, and many more have starred in a new line of comic books from Dynamite & WBDCGP since 2024, with multiple spinoffs and adoration from fans and critics. Gamers can expect all their favorite elements of the franchise to be represented in the upcoming game.
